1 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website phi888.net, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all products and services offered under the phi888 brand, including sports betting, casino games, fishing games, bingo, and the Color Game (collectively referred to as "the Services").

phi888 is operated under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). phi888 is authorised to offer online gaming services to eligible players located in the Philippines.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager at phi888, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on phi888.net, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms.

phi888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on phi888.net. Continued use of phi888 after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create a phi888 account and use the Services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets or using gaming services.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by phi888 or any PAGCOR-affiliated operator.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phi888 or any of its affiliated entities.

phi888 may require you to verify your identity and age before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Verification may include submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of your payment method.

phi888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed, or where a player has misrepresented their eligibility at registration. Any winnings generated from an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your phi888 account. This includes keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential and not sharing them with any other person.

phi888 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request claiming to be from phi888, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

All activity conducted through your phi888 account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims made — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact phi888 support immediately via the contact details on phi888.net.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details — including your registered mobile number and email address — are accurate and kept up to date. phi888 uses these details to send transaction confirmations, security notifications, and support communications. phi888 is not liable for issues arising from outdated contact information.

phi888 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your phi888 account or its balance to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at phi888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phi888 does not accept foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction.

Deposits: phi888 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank via InstaPay and PESONet, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your phi888 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within three minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts via InstaPay and PESONet are processed within the same business day. phi888 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

phi888 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where a phi888 account has not yet completed identity verification. This is standard practice required by PAGCOR regulations and is intended to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

phi888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, phi888 will notify the player and provide an opportunity to clarify the matter before a final decision is made.

Deposits may only be withdrawn once the funds have been used to place at least one qualifying bet. Funds deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to a processing review.

5 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at phi888 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the phi888 betting pages.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted. phi888 reserves the right to refuse any bet before it is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• Obvious pricing errors — where the published odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — do not constitute a valid market. phi888 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required playing time has elapsed, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless phi888's sport-specific rules state otherwise.
• For PBA betting and volleyball betting, specific rules on game abandonment, overtime, and market settlement are published on the relevant phi888 sport pages. Players are responsible for reading these rules before placing bets.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. phi888 reserves the right to set individual player bet limits based on account history and risk assessment.

phi888's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. In the event of a dispute, the player may contact phi888 support with relevant evidence. phi888 will review the matter and respond within five business days.

6 Casino & Game Rules

All casino-style games available at phi888 — including Color Game, fishing games, and bingo — are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

Standard random number generator (RNG) games at phi888 use independently certified RNG software. The certification confirms that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the operator, player bet patterns, or any previous results.

Live dealer games, including the phi888 Live Color Game rooms, are filmed and hosted in real time. Game results are determined by the physical equipment used in the live studio — dice, cards, or other game apparatus as applicable. phi888 makes recordings of all live sessions available for internal review and regulatory purposes.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, phi888's system will complete the round using the game logic in progress at the time of disconnection. phi888 is not responsible for interrupted sessions caused by issues on the player's end — including internet connectivity problems, device failures, or browser errors.

Game history and bet records are stored in your phi888 account and accessible at any time. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and phi888's server records, phi888's server records will be considered authoritative.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

phi888 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.

Additional bonus terms that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and used only after your real-money balance is depleted.
• Only bets on eligible phi888 markets contribute to wagering requirements. Free play, voided bets, and bets on markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) may not count toward wagering.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bonus stake may result in bonus forfeiture.
• phi888 bonuses are for single-account use only. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
• phi888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the phi888 promotions page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused or partially unwagered bonuses will be removed from your account after the stated expiry period.

8 Refer a Friend Programme

The phi888 Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn referral bonuses by inviting friends and family to join phi888. Full details of the current programme — including bonus amounts, qualifying conditions, and payout timelines — are published on the Refer a Friend page.

General terms applicable to the phi888 referral programme:

• Referral bonuses are awarded only when a referred player registers a new, unique phi888 account using the referrer's personal referral link and completes a qualifying deposit of at least ₱100.
• Self-referral — registering a second account to refer yourself — is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of both accounts and forfeiture of any associated bonuses.
• Referral bonuses credited to your phi888 wallet are subject to the standard wagering requirements described in Section 7, unless otherwise stated in the Refer a Friend programme terms.
• phi888 reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses pending verification of the referred player's identity and eligibility.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phi888 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Underage gambling. Allowing or facilitating access to phi888 by anyone under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts. Registering more than one phi888 account per person, whether under the same or different identities.
• Fraud and misrepresentation. Providing false information during registration or verification, including false identity documents.
• Money laundering. Using phi888 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity, or to otherwise disguise the origin of funds.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any phi888 game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse. Exploiting phi888 promotional offers in bad faith, including coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.
• System manipulation. Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to interact with phi888 in a manner not intended by the platform's design.
• Exploitation of technical errors. Deliberately taking advantage of software glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. phi888 reserves the right to void all bets and transactions arising from such exploitation.
• Chargebacks. Filing an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider for deposits made to phi888. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through the relevant legal channels.

10 Responsible Gaming

phi888 is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is intended to be a source of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, phi888 provides tools to help you stay in control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phi888 players:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — notifications alerting you when you have been logged in for a set period.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent restriction of your phi888 account, preventing login and all gaming activity.

11 Privacy & Data

phi888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published in full on phi888.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the phi888 Privacy Policy.

phi888 collects personal information during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and government-issued ID details — for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and PAGCOR regulatory compliance.

phi888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and PAGCOR where required by law or licence conditions. Full details of data sharing practices are in the Privacy Policy.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on phi888.net — including but not limited to the phi888 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of phi888 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of phi888.

phi888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phi888.net for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, scrape, frame, or systematically extract content from phi888.net.

13 Liability

phi888 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While phi888 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, phi888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for any losses arising from service outages, maintenance downtime, or technical failures beyond phi888's reasonable control.

phi888 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the player's end, force majeure events, or acts of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits phi888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. phi888's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in that player's phi888 account at the time the claim arises.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phi888 may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on phi888.net with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, phi888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-account notification.

Continued use of phi888 after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using phi888 and may close your account by contacting phi888 support.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes about the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

phi888 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints regarding phi888's compliance with its licence conditions may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with the established regulatory procedures.
